Our core offering is live, coach-led online fitness classes delivered over Zoom. Every class includes a structured warm-up, skill/strength work, conditioning, and cooldown with real-time feedback from certified trainers. Classes are programmed to be progressive, scalable, and safe so you can build consistency and see measurable progress week to week.
Class Schedule & Accessibility
We run 16 live Zoom classes daily with morning and evening slots to fit global schedules. Time slots are published weekly and auto-adjust to your timezone when you book. Each class identifies whether it’s a Men’s batch, Women’s batch, or mixed session so you can choose the environment that suits you best.

Class Types & What to Expect
Fat Loss & Conditioning (HIIT)
High-energy sessions focusing on metabolic conditioning and interval training. Ideal for those prioritizing calorie burn and cardiovascular fitness. Scalable for all fitness levels — bodyweight or light equipment.
Toning & Conditioning
Circuit-style sessions to improve muscular endurance and lean muscle tone. Balanced programming with mobility and stability components to prevent injury.
Postnatal Fitness
Specialized, medically-aware program for new mothers. All participants must provide medical clearance; classes emphasize pelvic floor reactivation, core rehabilitation, and gradual strength progression with modifications.
Strength & Hypertrophy
Progressive strength sessions focused on technique, load progression and safe programming to build muscle and strength. Includes warm-up mobility, main lifts, accessory work and cues for safe progression.
Mobility & Flexibility
Low-load, high-value classes that optimize joint range of motion, reduce pain, and correct movement patterns. Ideal as active recovery between intense sessions.
Beginner Foundations
Introductory sessions focusing on movement quality, breathing, and progressive exposure to strength and conditioning principles. Great for newcomers or return-to-exercise clients.

- Internet: stable 5 Mbps recommended.
- Device: smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop with camera & mic (camera optional in some classes).
- Zoom app: latest version required.
- Equipment: many classes are bodyweight-only; recommended: mat, pair of dumbbells, resistance band.
