Cyber Fitness uses a structured progress system — baseline assessments, weekly logs, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly re-evaluations — so you and your coach can make data-driven decisions. Our approach combines objective metrics (strength numbers, body measurements) with subjective markers (energy, sleep, stress) to build long-term sustainable habits.
